爵士樂史上最偉大的色士風大師之一，Sonny Stitt錄音十分多，為何揀這張，原因除了歌曲及演奏都十分精彩，最重要是錄音靚絕，中音色士風的誘人金屬感活靈活現，鼓鈸的質感及像真度驚人，第一首開始的十多秒已顯示出甚麼是現場一樣！同樣是中音色士風天碟，Art Pepper的Meets The Rhythm Section爵士迷或者發燒友幾乎必有最少一張，內容，演奏到錄音都是第一流，同Sonny Stitt這張MQGCD版Blow The Blues相比，各方面都旗鼓相當，唯獨是錄音卻有差距，在我的幾個系統聽過，Meets The Rhythm Section音場傾向平面，Blow The Blues立體感超真實，樂器定位分明，前後排列十分清晰，Sonny Stitt支Alto Sax相對其他樂器有如鶴立雞群，忠實呈現出Alto Sax的光亮金屬感，在幾個系統聽過是因為想弄清楚分別是否和系統有關，但結果是幾個系統得出的印象大致上一樣，當然以上的比較只在幾個系統進行，在其他系統會否不一樣當然無法預料。
